Just Adding our Banner to an Email:
Step 1: Copy and paste the code from the second box your chosen banner. Step 2: Click on the 'Insert Picture' icon on the toolbar. Step 3: Where you are asked for a filename, paste the code you copied instead of typing a filename. Step 4: Compose the rest of your email and send it off. Thanks for helping!
Adding our Banner to a Signature in Microsoft Outlook:
Step 1: Copy and paste the code from the second box your chosen banner. Step 2: From the top menu, go to Tools > Options. Step 3: Then select the Mail Format Tab, and then the 'Signatures...' button. Step 4: Create a new or edit your existing signature by adding an image by clicking the add image icon.
Step 5: Where you are asked for a filename, paste the code you copied instead of typing a filename.
Step 6: Next, click the image you have just added, then the add hyperlink icon and type this: http://www.endrewsendowedfundraising.co.uk where you are prompted for an address. Step 7: Check that your (new) signature is being used on the correct email account, New Messages and/or Replies in the box in the top right corner of the window and finish the signature by clicking 'OK' Step 8: Carry on composing emails as you would do normally, and your chosen banner will appear automatically!
